WOW! Absolutely ❤ love ❤ ALL of these!
I am trying to work up some good juju for a good autumn this year.
When you get one of those glorious autumn seasons, it’s just aim and shoot … your really can’t go wrong!
All that’s missing is Roger Williams, “Autumn Leaves”. Wonderful pictures of your favorite season.
I want some NEW wonderful pictures this year! Let’s hope for no hurricanes!
Awesome colors. Are those all from this year so far?
No, these are from last year. I’m working up som good juju for a brilliant autumn this time. We deserve one. It’s been a tough year. Maybe Autumn will read my blog and be inspired.
I love what you’ve done with these Marilyn. The final photo is again, very artistic in nature. I would use it as a texture background either straight up or with a heavy gaussian blur.
I want to use it as a background, I just haven’t found the right thing to use it for. Can you email me and explain how you use smugmug? I am getting worried that my back up options are not good enough. I do back up, but I’d like something I don’t have to think about so much.
Some photographs lend themselves to art filters. There are two reasons I might do this: First, because I think it will add some “punch” the picture needs; Next: It’s too soft (or too something) and unusable without tinkering. I will try a variety of filters and alterations to see if I can get something from what would otherwise be a toss-out. I’ll only do this with pictures I really love, but which for one reason or another, I can’t use any other way. A lot of dog pictures, are problematic: my kids are utterly determined to shove their noses up my lens!
Beautiful! I love the colors of fall.
Fall is about two things: Color and that snap in the air …. Mmm. Yummy.
