It’s winter wonderland time in western Massachusetts. Mid January, it’s dead of winter. Somehow, though it doesn’t look dead.

I know it snowed east of here — but not so much — and a little bit along the coast. Now the temperature is dropping fast, so the snow will linger for a while.
