Love swimming in rivers and lakes..pools suffer by comparison.. but going to swim in one now!

I admit it. I prefer pools. I don’t like the goop at the bottom and I’m always afraid I’m going to step on something that will bite me. I actually got cut really badly on a beach in Ste. Martine, Glass in the sand. I still have the scar. I think that was my last beach swim, though I do admit to walking barefoot in the sand because it feels so good.

It doesn’t look anything like that out our window but I’m enjoying looking at your photos and dreaming about the seasons to come.

All we see out our windows are birds, woods, and the road. The rest of it is nearby, but not in the yard. On a positive note, because we aren’t ON the river, we also don’t flood.
