Sometimes, Garry and I are guests on an overnight radio show. We used to do it every 5 or 6 weeks, but I was ill for a long time and I haven’t been able to do it for the past year. I loved doing the show and we always arrived home just as dawn broke. This was one of those post-radio show mornings.
This is mid March in New England. The sun in March is just starting its change from the white light of winter to the yellow sun of spring.

Reminds me of the early mornings I did at the old studios of WTHE. I would frequently be stopped in my tracks by the early dawn beauty of the property. It was on some rich guy’s estate… I don’t recall the name.

Well, we may not be rich, but the sun rises for us, too 🙂

The pictures are “John Ford” perfect!!! Pappy and Duke would say, “You’ll do!” And, you do!!! I must use one other movie comparison for your photographs. The woods scene in “Dr. Zhivago”. In other words, excellent work, my dear!!

Sometimes we need to remind ourselves that being able to look out of the window and see something beautiful it not all that common! We ARE lucky.

Thanks dear 🙂 I really WAS lucky. I took about 5 or 6 frames before the battery went dead. By the time I changed it, it was all over. Sunset can be long, but sunrise is brief.
