I love the kitchen! I could almost smell some home-cooked-made-from-scratch soup wafting through the air! And what a nice cat; I have one too, her name is “Opie” a.k.a. “CATZILLA,” she was an abandoned feral that I raised from only a day old and weighing 3 oz. I wish she were cuddly!
My best friend and her cat. She too is a survivor, by the way. It seems kind of like all the women I know π I can’t think of anywhere I’d rather be than Cherrie’s kitchen. She has another cat too, but for some reason, he doesn’t wait around to be photographed. Chewie is a ham.
I was amazed to see a cat draped around your neck, because I didn’t realize you had one and thought it odd that I should go so long without knowing that…and then saw the comment that it was a friend’s. What a strange moment!
My BEST friend π She has cats. I have dogs. I used to have cats. She used to have dogs. We are much alike in many ways, though not in appearance … or maybe time is making us more similar even in appearance.
Awe…your Chewy looks exactly like my cat Tibbs (no longer with us). Tibbs was the kind of cat that even people who don’t like cats loved (if that was confusing – everyone loved Tibbs). He was always purring and he loved people. Our daughter even taught him a few tricks just to impress the dog people.
He is my friend Cherrie’s cat and he’s just a big bundle of love. I had a cat like him before all the dogs took over. He was a honey pie and I still miss him. Not all cats are aloof. Most of mine were love bugs π
A quite familiar sight. Our cats are also attracted by their humans, their keyboard, mouse, etc. π
They are cuddly, cute, and occasionally nearly cause data loss… Have I already mentioned that they are irresistible?
Chewy must be a very happy cat.
It’s part of the feline anti-literacy program. They see where your eyes go and then do their utmost to blog you from reading, writing, whatever. It’s hilarious and sometimes, remarkably effective π
Just the way to wait out the cold. Chewie looks like a king among animal companions. π
