SIGNS, SIGNALS AND SYMBOLS: WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE

Letters

For this week’s challenge, share a photo with letters — no matter the alphabet. As you look through your lens, think about how your image might convey something bigger: a snapshot of how we communicate with one another, even if we don’t speak the same language.

    1. Thanks! I was lucky I could find them. Usually, I can’t … but I had actually labeled them all with “sign” as a search term. Imagine that! Signs sometimes seem to have significance — or just be ironic and funny 🙂

  1. Must love the “customer service, wait here” signage. What an f’g oxymoron.

But the last one…. what a hoot! I can see Mr. Armstrong taking that picture, then coming and dragging you back out after he’s finished snapping. 😀

    1. I took the Customer Service picture … then the civil servant running the joint — it was the registry of Motor Vehicles — said I wasn’t allowed to take pictures. By then, fortunately, I had all the pictures I needed. I can’t imagine why I should NOT take pictures. What are they hiding I wonder?

I think I’m a little large to drag out 🙂 So I guess Garry must have broken the law by not carrying me away, y’think?
