Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge: Week 13

Old Number 1 in motion

Is it just me, or do these old trucks look like they are grinning at the camera? I just got some cool new filters from NIK and decided to make them look as if they are in motion – Analog Effects 2! It’s time for fun with filters!

    • They are a very worthwhile investment. As of yesterday, it is six sets of filters. It started out as four, but Google keeps adding new sets and updating the originals. Good stuff. I don’t know how I ever did without them.

    • The new NIK filters are a barrel of fun for photographers who enjoy diddling with pictures on the computer. The NIK filter set cost me (I think) $150 for the full set over a year ago & just keeps getting better. They’ve added 2 sets, Analog Effects 1 & 2. Automatically updated regularly (they come from Google or a sub-section of it).

Not every picture lends itself to special effects. Usually, the only effect I use is sharpening and/or adjusting brightness. But those old trucks were begging for a stretch of their rusty old chassis 🙂 Virtually speaking, of course.
