DARKNESS AND LIGHT

Contrasts

There’s something wondefully appropriate about the brightness of the sun slightly illuminating the dark entry hall, as if the light is calling to those inside to come out into the sun.

    1. Sunshine is very alluring … maybe even more so to we in the cold weather states. We really appreciate nice weather when we finally get it because we go for long periods without seeing the sun at all!

  1. Still love it! Makes me want to run in my socks and slide out the door! That is generally my MO anyway….

  2. I must be an academic, because when I see your beautiful picture I feel the urge to grab my books and bring them to the sunroom so I can enjoy the best of both worlds.

            1. I have absolutely NO idea where in the world you are. Otherwise, I might try to rescue you, but probably I’d wind up needing rescuing myself. You really don’t work in a damp basement right? Dampness makes you moldy and green.
