When the water is still and the sun is bright, a pond or lake can be a mirror.

Here is the world in mid-November, upside down. With ripples.

  1. Still water. If you think about it in your life- terrible thing. Anything better than that, well almost, except disaster. Lately, I became very aversive to all kind of disasters.

  2. These are lovely, but, I am here to mainly comment about the conversation you had with Timethief on the forum about the Daily Post Prompts not working. You are my HERO!! They obviously could not keep up with your intellect, therefore closed the thread so you (or anyone else) could not voice their opinion any longer. Thank you for saying what so many bloggers feel but cannot put into words as clearly as you did. Bravo Marilyn!

    1. Well, you are welcome. I don’t think they like me up there in the WordPress executive offices. I’m too old to take that kind of crap from kids … and they ARE kids. Know-it-all kids with too much attitude and too little knowledge or talent. I AM getting cranky as I get old. Oh well. Did you get my note about the holiday posting thing? I hope so!
