Last winter …
Algid – in this case, very snowy and cold, too
Beautiful, alluring, and full of dangers …

Snowed here last night .. need some moisture, but I’d prefer rain right now … please.
We are into a typical summer weather pattern — hazy, hot, humid. We are an area of extremes. Sorry about your snow. I think I would have to cry if I saw any falling flakes.
They say a picture speaks a thousand words. You certainly don’t need to add anything to these powerful photos of your snowy winter
Spring is our reward for surviving winter.
It’s finally warm in New England and you’re still posting snow pictures? Nice pictures though…
Beautiful photos! It’s funny. Since I have been living snow free since the end of 2012 I have total SNOW envy. Of course, I would probably love it for one big storm and then be immediately ready to return to more temperate climates.
Snow envy seems to end with leaky boots and shoveling out the driveway 🙂

The next person who mentions snow, I’ll….. (Think Chris in “The Magnificent Seven”).
We are going to be in WARM for two weeks in January! Imagine that!!
