A fresh bouquet from my best beau graces our living room. It catches the afternoon light.
Autumn colors, yellow and rust. Chrysanthemum and lily and just a hint of green.

Thank you. I think if you manage to stay married through the rough years, you eventually come to a peaceful place, at least with each other. It doesn’t mean you never snap and snarl at one another, but you don’t get all bent out of shape over it either. You recognize the ebb and flow of a relationship. It’s a good place to be.

I like your lilies. Especially your last photo with the two petals touching. Looks like a young couple in love.

Thank you, Cee. I liked that one too … but I wasn’t entirely sure why. Light and texture. A sense of tenderness? I totally LOVE my macro lens 🙂

Lucky you. Garry knows how to say it with flowers.

He’s also pretty good with words. When he decides to say something, he does it well. Just … he’s not terribly chatty 🙂

Wonderful colors. Now, with all the leaves gone, especially important. The world seems sort of gray this time of year.
