  1. This is going to sound odd, but I don’t love it. It feels messy to me, which isn’t beautiful, at least to me. Maybe I’m just tired and need to stop sitting in front of this sun lamp and go to bed. I usually love every photo you put up, so I am mildly disturbed at my reaction to this one. :/

    1. I call it “haunted Uxbridge” because it looks like a ghost town to me. So maybe that’s what bothers you. It’s a bit … weird. Intentionally, however. Beauty isn’t always pretty.

    1. Thank you. When I first came to New England, I was warned the the power lines were the bane of photographers. I decided they made an interesting graphic element, so I make them part of the picture. Thanks for noticing 🙂

  2. I had a rather unhealthy obsession with telephone poles as a kid, and my younger self would have been captivated by this photo. Heck, who am I kidding… I’m a bit captivated by it even now.

  3. Welcome to this mundane beauty. Amy and myself played for Jathin many times. I liked the wires and sky in contrast. For last so many days I m not able to play for photo challenges. Barely managing to blog. I have to be more organised now and manage my time more efficiently.

  4. Quite dramatic image. The sky looks interesting and the lines adds a more interesting element to the whole picture. Good to see you in this challenge. Through Rashmi’s post I have come across your blog. It is nice to have you here in MM Challenge.

    1. Thanks for the welcome. Yours is among the many challenges I like but am so pressed for time, I often just can’t get it together. But I’m a follower now, so hopefully I’ll do better. Thank you!! It’s your work that makes this happen.
