TAKING A BREATH FROM THE DAILY POST

The Daily Post has a good idea today. The word of the day is breath. So today, I’m taking a breath … and the day off. I’ve earned it.

  2. Marilyn, this is the third comment I’ve lost by posting it in your “Search” square… Perhaps you need to make it a bit less cryptic? For some reason I’m finding it very very hard to find where to comment…I know you switched your blog form… Just giving input. It is probably just me.

  3. My evil mind would have thought of bad breath, and how many people I know who need to carry a barrel of Tic Tacs around with them…. like my newest manager who will melt your face when he talks to you. I can’t breathe when he comes around…

  4. I started yoga after the holidays and one thing I’ve learned is the importance of a breath. Breathing is key.

And your flowers are just a gorgeous way to remind myself that every breath counts.

  8. I have come back after a long break but still finding wordpress with those old problems of pingbacks and all. Not much changed here. Lovely flowers. One word is not so helpful especially when my creative juices are kind of drained out. I have to really think about what to write. Have a good day.

  10. Good idea. I will also probably disappear for a few days. The words are a good idea, but are hard work to find something suitable. Beautiful flowers.

    • Thanks. I’m just tired. I keep taking on little tasks that look easy and turn out to be a lot more work than I thought. I need to slow down a bit. Literally take a breath.

      • I can understand. At the moment I am glad for something to do as it takes my mind off other stuff. My dad is now a month in hospital and I spoke to the doctor. It is just a matter of time – I am here and thanks to a wonderful friend who visits him almost every day, I am informed. One day I will get a message and will be away for a week or so. I have so much revolving in my head and there will be so much stuff to sort.
