In another life, I owned my own power tools. Drills and saws and all that stuff. My big projects days are over, but there are always jobs to be done. Every job has its own tools, whether it’s editing photographs, cutting a pizza, or trimming the roses.

They are a japanese style blade. Not really serrated. i don’t know what it’s called, but you can sharpen them like regular blades. You need a different style of sharpener, though. They are wonderful in hand.
