I think we look like every small town in the northern part of the US. Not fancy, not one of those “glove box” towns. Just a town that would like to be better, but is too short of money to quite get there.
Thanks Cee. It is a very popular place to do exactly that. It’s a walking places, a place for a small picnic and a bit of fishing. I see a lot of teenage girls sitting quietly on the rocks, just watching the river. Not a place for rowdy parties, but definitely a place for thinking about life and the world.
It was a bit of an odd combination for me, but once I worked it out, it was fun. And there are never any shortage of autumn pix around here. It’s our season!
The more I look at your photos, Marilyn the more I think I’ve been there.

No one does autumn like New England. Beautiful photos, Marilyn.

Thanks. It’s true. We have brutal winters and sodden summers … and NO spring at all … but we’ve got a solid “lock” on fall!

The truck photo is a good shot.

Thank you. Those big trucks can be interesting in town, because they are big and our streets are not. They make very wide turns.

I always wonder of those big rigs will make it through the P&W overhead bridge. Too many bad Storrow Drive memories.
