PICTURES ON THE WAY BACK FROM THE GROCERY AND MORE

Cee’s Which Way Photo Challenge – June 2, 2017

The past few weeks haven’t been great for photography. It’s been dark, gray, rainy, and pretty cold, too. Today is lovely. We had a doctor appoint and then a grocery stop to pick up a few things. I was hoping to pick up some flowering plants for the deck, but all the plants look  tired and sad, so we agreec — if it isn’t raining tomorrow — to go to the nursery and maybe buy a few healthy plants.

But I knew this prompt would be “up” today, so I took a few pictures. Also, found a couple from earlier months I never got to processing.

A breath of the shape of things to come with the sun shining through in your photos casting the shadows of light and dark giving the photos a nice artistic touch.

I have thought the same thing about all the blood that is scattered throughout our home too. “Oh my God, if my husband or I are murdered and the police come in with a black light, the survivor will be convicted of murder!”

I watch a lot of those police shows too. 😉

We just got started on the British version of Sherlock, so we are up to our navels in corpses again. Garry loves murder mysteries. Not the blood and gore. Just the whodunnit stuff. But this house really IS full of my blood. The man better not try to do me in. For that matter, he better take really good care of me. The DNA is everywhere and I’m sure it all points to him!

What a difference between June and February. June is so lush and green.

I like your comparison of different times a year. Thanks for playing Marilyn. As always I enjoy your photography.
