SHINY – The WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge

Autumn. It’s my shiny season. From the day the leaves begin to change, I’m happy. It charges me up, makes me want to take pictures, go places, do things. Now, as August ends, I can feel October vibrating in the air. It doesn’t last long, so I hope it’ll be a good one.

These photographs are from October 2016.

I participate in WordPress’ Weekly Photo Challenge 2017

  1. This is the summer that never was. It was more like a rainy season. I do hope that means there will be less snow in the winter.

    1. Our weather is insanely unpredictable. I have NO idea. None. Not a clue. Nor have I heard some old person say how this reminds him of the autumn of ’22 when the trees turned that funny green followed by heavy snow in September. So far, it’s just … New England.

  2. I love autumn too! We don’t get to fully experience it here in Hawaii. But, I try my best to remember what it’s like. I get my “autumn leaves” candle out from Bath and Body Works and drink as much “pumpkin spice” coffee as I can ;);

  3. Hi, Marilyn: I just tried to email wordpress with the help/contact email, but it wouldn’t go through. However, the help@wordpress. com was accepted. I have no idea why the first one was not accepted. Thank you, again, for sending me all that helpful information.
