So I was sitting and looking out the big window. The light was lovely.
So I hustled outside and took a few pictures. The colors on the trees have changed. You can see all the bronze of the oaks beginning to show up now.
The most colors remain in the underbrush in the woods. Which is funny, because that was also the first place we saw any color.

I too like the third and the forth photos. They have a very artistic character to them.

The funny thing is that is the photo I did the least work on. It was the light coming from behind the trees. That’s what got me outside. We only get a short few minutes of that light and every once in a while, I’m able to grab it. I only got two shots before it faded. This was the better of the two. All I did was sharpen it. The rest was more or less in the frame … but catching these few minutes of light requires running shoes!

Every time it gets cold here, the next day it is suddenly like summer again. The weather changes are downright creepy.
