Research suggests that we’re not very good at evaluating ourselves accurately. In fact, we tend to overestimate our own abilities. Psychologists call this phenomena – the Dunning-Kruger effect.

  1. Sometimes I think that the less I say to or about incompetency, the better off I am…. No need to antagonize the hopeless… sometimes they do take umbrage.. and reply “Oh, you think you are so smart.””””

  4. Sadly, I’ve run into this as well…uuum it’s my body I know what it does on a day to day basis… I know what it can handle and yet…you think you know better! hmmm. Nope! There are many clueless ppl in the world that think they know all.
