BLACK & WHITE SUNDAY: TRACES OF THE PAST Y3-08
Lacking cathedrals, I will have to settle for the occasionally 18th century inn. We lack the castles and huge cathedrals you will find in other places, but we have a few lovely old inns, especially in Massachusetts which is one of the earliest settled places in North America.

I did not expect another entry 🙂 What a great idea Marilyn to show us this inn. The capture is cool with the reflection in the window. Thank you so much for double entry.

I love the trim on the building

It’s a really beautiful inn and it could be new. It looks that good. Amherst is a college town and they really keep their town immaculate.

Actually that Inn doesn’t look all that old. It does have a beautiful classic design with the pillars at the front.

It doesn’t look old, but I looked it up and it is. They have just taken really great care of it. Brick buildings can be well maintained and this is one of them.
