Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge: Bikes of Any Kind
It turned out that every picture we have that shows bicycles is a Garry Armstrong special. I know there are a few more, but Marilyn could only find one. The rest of the bicycle photographs seem to have vanished into the huge collection of photographs.

I remember you spent a very long time trying to get the perfect shot through those bicycle wheels. It was your project of the month. They came out well, and I think better in black & white.

I agree about the B&W. It’s the Italian “Open City” film look of the 50’s. “The Bicycle Thief”. DeSica, Antonionni, etc.

Leslie, I had to hunker down for the “Through the spokes” shots. No one noticed me. Getting up …that was another story.
