Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge: June 3, 2018

The more complicated life gets, the more I yearn for some kind of simplicity. The thing is, I don’t really remember ever having a simple life unless we were on vacation. That was what the Vineyard was about, I think. It was very simple. If you stayed for a couple of weeks, you could easily forget you’d ever been anywhere else.

I’m beginning to think we really need a vacation. Probably not as much as we need an improved chimney.

      Thanks, Cee. I have taken a lot of pictures, but they are mostly flowers. It’s a very floral time of year in New England and now, I have my orchids. That is SO exciting.

    I haven’t been out of town in three years, and I’m waiting for that urge to go somewhere again and it just never comes. Oh well, someone’s gotta be home to kill all the ants (I thought all the rain would make them bad this year, and I was right)….

      They were TERRIBLE this year. I finally gave in and hired the bug guy. It was way past anything I could manage on my own. And then, it turns out there were the mice. Between one thing and another, we were invaded and I needed help.
