Massive Subterranean Biosphere That’s Hiding In The Earth’s Crust – REBLOG – Seriously?

Need another weird thing in which to believe? Try this one. It’s completely hidden, but apparently, it exists. So when the weird things emerge, you know where they come from. No kidding.

Not full of pseudo-humans, but microorganisms that are … well … different.

A mysterious new ecosystem which is being called the ‘subterranean galapagos’ is almost twice the size of earth’s oceans. No one has never seen anything like it.

  1. As interesting as finding previously unknown life forms on our own planet is they are unlikely to relate to us in any meaningful way we can personally benefit from.

It may be of far more value in being aware of the 60% or so of cells and microorganisms that exist on, or inside, our own bodies that are not actually ‘human’ cells. These bacteria and microorganisms directly affect our physical and mental health and yet we operate almost completely unaware of their existence or presence.

Learning just what they actually do to us and how we might better co-operate with them (or fight them when necessary) may considerably benefit ourselves individually and our society in general.
