  1. I’ve just brought (and will continue to do so) a CARLOAD full of my treasures to a local brocante. My heart is just breaking once again for thinking that these treasures might never find a lover of beautiful things and might get ‘Cast before swines’ (to ppl who don’t appreciate it)….. you’ve got some pretty astonishing pieces there!

    • The Spode was sold, but the rest I still have. I’m trying to find homes for it where it will be safe and remain undamaged. This really old pottery is a legacy. If you break it, it never comes back. I wish I had a home for most of it.
