This was the first sunny day in a couple of weeks. It rained yesterday and will probably rain tomorrow, but for at least portions of today, there was sunshine and puffy white clouds. I haven’t been taking many pictures. Maybe it was the damp cold and the endless rain and dark gray skies.
No inspiration. Also, today I looked out and the Goldfinches — or at least half of them — were a brilliant yellow gold. Like feathery bits of sunshine. They are ready to breed and are wearing their brightest outfits to impress their possible mates.
