Twilight at the Marina
I took a bunch of birdie pictures this morning and every single one of them is just a little bit fuzzy. Some days, I’m just not on my game and this was one of them. But, while i was downloading those pictures, I discovered an entire set of pictures I took last summer on Tom and Ellin’s boat “Serenity.” Never downloaded these pictures so even though they aren’t new, they’ve never been processed or published. I didn’t even remember I’d taken the pictures. This is a great time for that to happen since I haven’t been anywhere in a very long time. Welcome to twilight over the marina.

Lovely, Marilyn, those days will soon be back and so nice to think of them.

I talked to my pharmacy this morning, after the business part of the conversation. They said they thought maybe by February? But they had no formal information. Neither does my doctor. And with every day we survive, we are in even greater danger of getting sick. Every time Garry doesn’t feel well, I panic.

These are stunning squares Marilyn – and such a great moment to find them when you downloaded. I know though what you mean about days when the photos just don’t come together, so frustrating but as you say it happens occasionally

It was certainly nice to find an entire folder of reasonably good photographs! I actually remember taking some pictures, but I didn’t take a lot of them and I think I downloaded Garry’s pictures, but not mine. The twilight shots were the prettiest in the group, though there a few more that might be worth the effort of processing. It reminds me of how much I miss my little Leica. Aside from being a very good, lightweight, compact travel camera, it’s much faster than any other small camera I’ve ever owned. I should never have let Garry borrow it. Oh well. He does love it and I’m not exactly short of cameras. I think these were the last shots I took on this camera.

It was a beautiful day. Also, it was the last time we went anywhere other than a doctor, grocery, or a local park.
