MEMORIAL DAY BOUQUET ON MEMORIAL DAY WITH ONE NEW PHOTOGRAPH

FOTD – May 29 – MEMORIAL DAY BOUQUET

Garry gave me a perfect holiday bouquet. Red, white, and blue zinnias and a big multicolor Chrysanthemum. I would love to know how they get them to come up in three colors in one flower. I know how they can make one flower any particular color with food dyes injected into the root area, but how do you get them to come up in three different colors?

I hope someday we will have real peace. Really. Peace. Not an intermission between wars or time-out. A peace with war not threatening. I don’t think I’ll live to see it, but I can hope that others will see it.

    • It is very pretty and a surprise since it was a Wednesday and I still had the previous one alive and well. It still looks new and fresh. I moved both bouquets to the dining room. Getting more light seems to keep them alive longer.
