FOTD – July 1 – Daylilies and Roses As Our World Sizzles
I have some flowers for you that I shot early this morning before the night’s rain had dried and the full heat came on. We’re having serious wi-fi issues because of the heat not to mention the lightning and wind, so enjoy the photos. I will see you all when we are free of storms and the wi-fi is will stay steady!

I feel like I live for the birds and the lilies. But at least it’s something. I know things are supposed to be normalizing, but it doesn’t feel like it is. Everything feels all wrong.

The daylilies never fail us. Nor the roses. Everything else may collapse in the heat, but by golly, the roses and the daylilies hang on in there!

We are having brown outs and wi-fi outages. I feel like we are living on the edge of a cliff, wobbling and hoping we don’t fall over.
