FOTD – October 16 – Autumn Brilliance
I was going to post this tomorrow, but I have so many pictures, I figured maybe I better put them up now because there are so many more already in folders — and more to come over the upcoming week — now might be the perfect time. If this isn’t autumn brilliance, I don’t know what is.

None of these pictures were processed beyond cropping and reducing the size. It’s not a tribute to my photography, especially because the color came out much better using iAuto than any settings I could use. It is absolutely a tribute to how amazing the foliage looks and will look for (hopefully) at least one more week.

A wonderful time of the year where you live and in the area where I used to live in Michigan. I sure miss it.

The weather here has always been erratic, probably was in Michigan too. I think it has to do with being near a big body of water. We got nor’easters and you got something like that with a different name. I think it was “lake effect”?
