FOTD – April 7 – Easter Lilies or Lilium Longiflorum
Lilium longiflorum, often called the Easter lily, is a plant which originated in Taiwan and Ryukyu Islands. This one, whatever you want to call it, is beautiful. Today it had two flowers. More to come, I hope. The buds are there. I must be patient.

The detail on these is phenomenal, Marilyn. You’ve shown them in their full glory and they’ve bloomed just at the right time for Easter. My daughter has just walked past and admired your pictures too, and she commented that they look like stars – they’re certainly very radiant! 🙂
