I think there must be a lot of babies in nests — or eggs ready to become baby birds soon. The birds are not merely eating. They are tearing off pieces of suet and flying away with it. I assume that is to feed nestlings and nesting mothers. I can only wonder how they managed before this restaurant opened!

  2. they are very hungry by the sounds of things, but they are also very lucky to have such a lot of food to eat 😀
