LENS TESTING: HANDS, PATTERNS

I finally got my new lens so I had to check it out. The first four are “the hand test.” Four shots, each a little closer than the previous. No processing except size reduction and a bit of cropping.

Two more shots: a closeup of the painting on an antique Famille Rose dish in low light (for this, I brightened it and denoised it) and a macro anthurium.

  1. Looks like it is pretty close, but that’s the beauty of the macro lens. I managed to get a 50mm Canon Macro but l am yet still to play around with it. I love the last shot.
