My son and husband actually LOVE Spam and feel it gets a bad rap. My son prefers it fried. Garry will eat it any old way. Too fatty for me, but I don’t mind the taste. The spicy stuff isn’t half bad.
They have recipes for Spam sushi in my Japanese cookbook. They love it.
