Right you are. And they could pay me a LOT of money for her picture. Oh, wait, I didn’t take the picture. Well, I own the dog, so that’s gotta be worth something, right?
It’s snowing. Hard. It’s that fine, relentless snow that piles up. Not a decorative snow like the last one. This one … it looks like winter. Really winter. I’m not happy. The dogs don’t want to go out at all, a bad sign. That lying groundhog deserves the gallows … or a long incarceration in the Big House. Evil lying groundhog, promising us spring and delivering … this.

I wouldn’t blame it on the poor groundhog, he looks innocent to me. I think those men in the cheesy top hats put words into his mouth every year (Not to mention rudely disturb him from his sleep)…

He really does. And he works at it. I’ve spent years trying to get a good shot of Bonnie. She sits still for him. Go figure.

I’m very, very jealous! Bonnie has abandoned me for another man. She sits next to Bob contentedly for long periods. And, Bob has gotten the iconic (yes!) Bonnie photograph. I don’t know if I can live with this.

Well, Bob says that no matter how much she consorts with him (probably because he knows her most flattering angles and gals do like to be seen from their best side) that when daddy calls, her heart belongs to Daddy.
