While awaiting spring, we are having a flower show in the dining room

It has been cold at night. Below freezing. Warm all day, but frost at night has confused the flowers. I believe the buds on the daffodils have given up the entire concept of flowering and plan to disappear without ever displaying a blossom.

And hey, all the pictures are squares! Do I get an “A” for effort?
