Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge: Roadscapes
City and country, most of us seem to spend a lot of time in cars. On the road is a common place to find oneself, especially during vacation months.
Some of these were taken through the windshield, others on the streets of Boston or other places in New England.
Now, for the first time, in living black and white!

Black and white, it makes me remember the past , that time have no more color as now.

Great photos. Love the 72 Intersection the best. Very film noir atmosphere. 😀

Thanks. I like the way that one came out, too. It’s right near symphony hall in downtown Boston.

I find that black and white puts them in a different century. Except for the cars, you wouldn’t know when these pictures were taken. Nicely done!

With all the filters we’ve got for aging photographs, if it weren’t for cars and other technology, we could make it all look like a time tunnel 🙂

Marilyn, I thoroughly enjoyed your roads this week. So much variety and lighting going on. I just adore it.

Thanks Cee 🙂 That’s what I was trying to do. I’m going to have to get out onto the road soon … but of course, it’s snowing today … AND both Garry and I have the dreaded “what’s going around.” But soon. It’s already the end of January and the days are not so short!
