I used to do a list before going away. These days I just start piling stuff up on the floor a day or so early. For someone who used to be so organised… I don’t know what happened!

    Yes! Free and on holiday minus my toothbrush, because I didn’t make a list!
    It does feel quite liberating, though.

      I discovered by a similar process that they actually sell toothbrushes most places. I try not to forget things I can’t replace, like the cell phone and my prescription meds and underwear that’s comfortable … but I gave up the list because I was (am) just as likely to forget to put it on the list as not … and then forget what I did with the list anyhow. Or change my mind.
