Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Farm Animals
I live in the country, so guess what we have? You got it. Farms. Horses. Cows. Goats. Chickens. Geese. Ducks. I guess tractors don’t count as farm animals, do they?

Amazing images! The 1st one is my absolute favorite, something I could see hanging around my house. Love it!

Thanks 🙂 He’s a Percheron, a VERY big, friendly fellow 🙂 He mostly hangs out in the corral with his pals, a pony and two other Perches. Every once in a while, his owner hitches him and the other three to a very fancy cart and they take a wedding couple to church. Not such a bad life.

If all the animals is from your fram … you can be proud – beautiful all of them and they are well looked after. Stunning images.
My favorite is the goose, maybe it’s a duck. The details in his feathers and color is outstanding. Fantastic job.

Thank you. These are not my animals (I have lots of dogs), but live on nearby farms. The goose is domestic and lives next door. He was a great subject. He posed for me. Very friendly. He swam across the lake and walked right up to me.

He looks like the devil, doesn’t he? But he was just a gentle ram hoping you had something edible in your pocket.

I have the best of both worlds here. I live in a city but it is only a 5 minute drive to the countryside. Great selection of photos.

Small cities are the best. Boston used to be like that before it became afflicted by urban sprawl.

Thank Cee for the topic. It did remind me of warmer days. It’s sleeting today, but at least it isn’t snowing. And the piles are getting smaller. That’s something, anyway.

The ram looked like the devil, but he just wanted some petting. He was an old, smelly, sweetie 🙂
