Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge: February 12, 2017
It started snowing four or five days ago and hasn’t paused since. From what I can see of the forecast, it is going to snow, pretty much continuously, for at least a week. Maybe longer.

And it’s very cold. Which means nothing will melt between storms. Not that there’s much time between storms. One moves out, another moves in. We had about an hour of sun this morning before it started to snow again. Garry was outside shoveling. Now he’s out there shooting pictures. What a guy!

With Garry doing outdoor landscapes of ice and snow, I’ve been taking oddballs inside. You’d think the dogs would be outside hanging with Garry and the shovel, but nope. They are inside, catching 40 winks, the occasional biscuit, and staying where it’s warm and dry. I threw them out a while ago, but all they did was bark twice and make a u-turn back through the doggy door.

Garry doesn’t seek it, but he doesn’t mind nearly as much as he might. It’s hard work, but not mentally hard work … and it’s just the weather being the weather 🙂

Love seeing that Garry types with two fingers like I do. 🙂 We can’t compare but it rained two days in a row out here. For us, that means drivers become even more reckless. Careful out there!

The weather has been typically horrible. In other words, normal for this time of year. By the middle of March, it will be a lot better. A month from now. A very LONG month.
Garry is the fastest two fingered typist i’ve ever seen … and amazingly accurate. Hardly any typos. I type very fast with about 60% typos per sentence.

Can’t wait for spring…By now, snow drifts are half way up our doors and windows. Can’t imagine how we’ll get out of this one. Kitty Midnight tried to brave the blizzard early this morning, but high-tailed it back inside within 30 seconds to lounge near the wood stove. Smart girl! Stay safe and warm! xo

It’s supposed to warm up tomorrow and for a few days and no snow predicted until next weekend. I really don’t like winter anymore. I know it’s scenic and all that, but it’s also back breaking and cold and dark. And slippery! You stay warm too!

Bonnie and Gibbs look like soul mates.
Bless his heart for Garry to go out in this weather. I’m going to clean out a few drawers and keep warm inside. The snow is here too now. Ugh!

It isn’t the storm of the century, but it’s bad enough. We are still not dug out and unless we are dug out by the end of the day, we will have to cancel our plans to travel tomorrow. I really hate February.

We’re not going. The weather is just too dicey and there’s no one with the time to be here to keep track of things. Doggies won’t go out voluntarily in this weather, so with no one home … well … you can use your imagination.

Gibbs has discovered soft sofas and heat. He lived until us in the cold world. Now, he only goes there when forced. He wants the SOFA. Forever. And he has convinced Bonnie to do it HIS way.
