Trump appears, in their opinion, to suffer from malignant narcissism. He is also a compulsive liar who lacks empathy for his fellow human beings and shows no remorse for his bad behavior. 1. Narcissism? Really? You don’t need a degree in psychology to work that one out.

    • I think most sane people doped that one out before the election. But you know, he used to speak in full sentences. He was an ass, but he wasn’t stupid. Now he IS stupid and apparently getting dumber. So we’ve got the narcissism added to his megalomania AND the stupidity. OY VAY.

  2. I don’t think you have to be a psychologist, psychiatrist, or other clinician to recognize that Trump is mentally unwell. But you do have to be a Republican to ignore it.

  4. “On the boundary”??!? That’s horrifyingly hilarious. Most of us KNOW the guy’s cheese slid off his cracker long, long ago. I hope he doesn’t have a full-on psychotic break IF he truly is on the edge.

    • I’m not sure we would notice any difference. For all we know, he has had and is past complete mental breakdown. Who can tell the difference?

I have to say I love your expression “His cheese fell off his cracker long ago.” It’s hilarious. A bit of hilarity in a very unfunny time.

  5. Poor dude who should not be in this situation at all–I can be crazy myself, and fortunately know enough not to run for office, or to try to drive a bus, or other things that can harm many. My husband mentioned to me that old Pat Paulsen skit from Laugh-In, about ‘If nominated I will not run; if elected I will not serve’. Smart dude, Pat–

  7. Frankly? I think it’s been there all along–but he’s got himself so boxed in with loyal believers I don’t know how anyone could rout him out, unless they carried him out sideways on a gurney.

    • We can always root for the gurney. If ever I thought “God would take of us,” well … NOW I know what turned my mother towards atheism. SHE watched the holocaust.
