We have a lot of those Victorian houses on the streets around my office. They are beautiful, aren’t they?

Love those painted ladies! We have quite a few of them locally, many nicely restored. They are wonderful houses. Big, airy, elegant, but they are money pits. You need serious resources to do what’s necessary to make them livable.
