I can imagine it, but lemme tellya, that cactus would not be easy to decorate there, on the mountain, in the middle of nowhere. Just getting to it would be a major excursion.
Ours too. It’s a toss up between Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles … but also High Anxiety and sometimes, History of the World. It’s a mood thing. It’s the only boxed set I ever bought … ALL the Mel Brooks movies on DVD, even though it means having a couple of dupes.
I don’t know why, but that screams out postcard or perhaps Christmas card (can you imagine a little tinsel or light on the tree?)!

Thanks 🙂 It does kind of look like someone holding up his hands, doesn’t it? Ah those cacti. They are sometimes so human.

Thanks 🙂 The best part is that it really looked like that … but with a bit (only a bit) more color.

Well, posting one picture isn’t really working. Besides, we’re watching Young Frankenstein and I got inspired 🙂

Probably my favorite Mel Brooks film seconded only by Blazing Saddles… 🙂
