  2. Those were the days. Imremember Beyond The Fringe also,with Peter Cook and Dudley Moore. Dudley Moore was from the same part of London where my mum and dad lived.

      • I remember this sketch from when it first appeared on television. It’s deliciously mad. It’s an accurate take on those rambling, incoherent sermons, laced with unconnected, unfinished and pointless anecdotes, and the use puzzling inflections. Sermons like this make going to church worthwhile.
