A Photo a Week Challenge: Just Missed
I know I’ve shown this picture before, but it my favorite one of Bishop photo-bombing a picture of Garry and the little ones. It means more now that two out of the three dogs in the picture have passed on. Happy trails to both Bishop and Nan. I hope to see you again at the bridge along with all the others we have loved so dearly.
In memory of Bishop and Nan, gone but not forgotten.

I miss them all. I like to think they are romping in a meadow somewhere. It’s good thought, even though I don’t quite believe it. I just WANT it to be true.

It’s a happy memory. We have lost 8 dogs in the past 10 years. Most to old age related illnesses, but not entirely. I love them, but there have been more goodbyes than hellos. Nice to see one of those moments when we were all healthy and laughing.
